ACCESSION AGREEMENT

to the Public Offer for the provision of hotel services

This Accession Agreement is concluded between the Guest (hereinafter – the "Customer") and Individual Entrepreneur (FOP) Palahusynets Oleksandra Viacheslavivna (hereinafter – the "Contractor") under the terms and conditions defined in the Public Offer posted on the official website or provided in printed form.

1. The Customer confirms that they have familiarized themselves with the terms of the Public Offer, in particular regarding:

• booking, payment, and cancellation procedures;
• the term of the agreement;
• liability of the parties;
• the procedure for processing personal data;
• provisions regarding the non-applicability of force majeure during the period of martial law.

2. The Customer agrees that the acceptance of the Public Offer shall be:

• making full or partial payment for the services;
• or actual check-in at the hotel facility;
• or confirmation of the order via email, messengers, or social networks followed by payment.

3. The Customer confirms their accession to the terms of the Public Offer without reservations and undertakes to comply with them.

4. This Accession Agreement does not require signing by both parties and has legal force equivalent to a written agreement.
